We pride ourselves in our ability to assign one of our healthcare specialists to perform the initial patient assessment within 1-2 business days. This is crucial to prevent further patient complications related to a delayed “Start of Care.”

LiveStrong Therapy provides various services, including advanced wound care, physical and occupational therapy, and wellness services.

LiveStrong Therapy accepts traditional Med B and all out-of-network (PPO) insurances, including but not limited to BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield), United Healthcare, Aetna, and AARP.

LiveStrong Therapy is uniquely designed in our ability to service patient’s either in our clinic OR in the home setting. This characteristic remains very valuable to many individuals that require advanced wound care or therapy services but are unable to leave their home due to transportation, medical or caregiver support barriers.

Short answer…yes. Due to our company’s hybrid structure, we can service you or your loved one even if you currently receive other outpatient services. If you are on a home health care case, we can only service your needs using a nurse practitioner related to advanced wound care services that a home health nurse may be unable to address.

We serve the Chicagoland area, including Cook, Will, DuPage, Lake, Kane, and McHenry County
